relaxed people often work better in the end. it might take some adjustment but if you can squeeze some “me” time into your day and allow yourself to relax, ive found you’ll end up being more productive in the end.

And it sometimes comes at a cost! When I take a break during lunch hour, I read the newspaper, eat, drink and relax. Some co-workers give me “the look” as if to say, “why aren’t you working?”.
It is as if I am going against the ethos of the organisation because I dare to take a break during break time!
“Relax and truly know you are alive”, I say.

Its very true what you are saying I used to think the answer to a greater productivity was to work more hours, which isn’t true. It doesn’t matter who your are after a few hours of working your mind drifts and your productivity drops. If you keep piling more and more work hours into your week it benefits you less than to take some time out then come back fresh. I guess life is about finding a balance and working smarter, not harder.

For sure. I like to look at it mathematically.
Productivity = worthwhile achievement divided by time.
Putting in more time means you must equally increase the level of achievement or else productivity drops.

It’s about working smart – not all the hours God sends. If you do the right things then you can save the time saved on all the dross going things you like doing, (not work) – if work was any good all the rich people would be doing it.

Excellent insight. Force always negates. The only reason why we sometimes rush around is because we are coming from a place of fear. Fear is a negative emotion and is always destructive.
It’s possible to be a high-energy, enthusiastic entrepreneur without going haywire.
Take deep breaths, meditate, and affirm your goals throughout the day. You’ll stay relaxed and perform your business-activities in a calm, efficient manner.
