Thanks Melody for the link to Terry's website. It is an informative post and great reading for any blogger/website owner wanting to develop more traffic.

I enjoy blogging but I often mess up some of the so-called "rules" of successful blogging. I will have to study Terry's post in more detail and develop some more discipline.

Hello again Melody. Thanks for dropping by and making a comment.

I am reminded of a Chinese proverb that goes something like this...

"He who hears not the music thinks the dancer is crazy."

Part of releasing ourselves into this freedom is to listen to the music within us. There will be people who do not hear the same music and shake their heads at us. We need to say to ourselves, "It is my music and I will dance my way".

This freedom comes with a bit of mental rehearsal before stepping out in real life for most people. Fear becomes "wired" into our neural pathways and sets off all kinds of electronic and chemical alarms when boundries are crossed.

The good news is that we can begin taking little steps out of our "comfort zone" into the "stretch zone", stopping short of the "stress zone".

Letting out the "hidden self" a little bit at a time expanding your level of comfort can be exhilarating.

Go ahead - Try it!
